Small Dog Collar for dogs up to 8kg, 1 X 38cm collar. Seresto is different from conventional flea and tick collars. It employs a novel blend of materials, enabling a safe, controlled, low dose release of active ingredients over 8 months. Seresto is the longest-lasting flea and tick protection for dogs. It also treats biting/chewing lice present at the time of application. This provides excellent protection for your dog, not only killing fleas and ticks but also repelling ticks before they bite which helps to protect your pet from the diseases these parasites can spread.
Imidacloprid 100mg/g & Flumethrin 45mg/g
For puppies from 7 weeks of age. One collar per animal to be fastened around the neck. Small dogs and puppies up to 8kg body weight require one Seresto for dogs and Puppies up to 8kg. Dogs over 8kg require one Seresto for Dogs over 8kg. Remove collar from protective pouch immediately before use. Unroll collar and detach plastic connectors remaining on the inside edge of the collar (these can cause mechanical irritation if not removed). Adjust the collar around the animal's neck without over-tightening (as a guide, it should be possible to insert 2 fingers between the collar and the neck). Pull collar through the loop and cut off any excess length extending beyond 2cm. Important: Once collar is unrolled make sure that there are no plastic connectors remaining on the inside edge of the collar. The collar should be worn continuously for the full protection period. Check periodically and adjust fit if necessary, especially when puppies are rapidly growing.
Harmful if swallowed. Do not open inner pouch until ready to use. Do not allow children to play with collar. Wash hands after use. Wear gloves if applying a collar to more than one animal per day. Possible Side Effects: Application site reactions such as dermatitis, inflammation, eczema or lesions may occur and in these instances, a temporary collar removal may be recommended until the symptoms have disappeared. In the unlikely event of the animal eating the collar mild gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. loose stools) may occur.
