Psyllium Husk Powder 550mg
Adults: 12 Years and over take 2 - 6 capsules once or twice a day followed by a glass of at least 250mL of cool water. Swallow only one capsule at a time. Not recommended for Children under 12 Years of age.
Keep Out of Reach of Children Consult your doctor before using this product if you are experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, change in bowel movements, vomiting or if constipation has continued for more than 7 days. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing or are experiencing abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. It is essential that this product be consumed with sufficient fluid. Failure to consume Psyllium with adequate fluid may cause it to swell and obstruct the throat or esophagus and result in choking. Should you experience difficulty breathing, chest or abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting after taking this product seek medical advice. Laxatives and high fibre diets may affect the absorption and effectiveness of some medications. If you are taking medication please check with your doctor before using this product and following medical advice endeavor to take it a minimum of two hours before and after prescribed medications to minimize impact on their absorption.
