Each 3 g dose contains the active ingredients:
Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) extract dry concentrate: 500mg
From dry leaf: 12.5g
Equiv. to Caffeine: 50.1mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): 300mg
Lactobacillus plantarum: 3 Billion CFU
Directions for use on back of box (adults only):
1. Choose shaker or water bottle.
2. Add sachet to minimum 600mL cold water.
3. Shake & sip.
4. If flavour too strong add water up to 1 litre.
Suggested (only) daily us: Sachet 1: Add to color water
Time of day: After breakfast (mid morning)
Suggested (only) daily us: Sachet 2: Add to color water
Time of day: After lunch (mid afternoon)
Directions for use (Adults Only):
Dissolve sachet content into 600mL to 1 litre of water and drink immediately. Take two 3g sachets daily, or as advised by your health care professional. Best taken in the morning and at lunch time. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Allow at least 3 hours between doses.
Single servings have been sealed in individual sachets for your protection.
Do not use if sachet is damaged or opened or if seal on this carton has been broken or is missing.
