LivaTone Plus contains more than 36,000mg of St Mary's Thistle per daily dose. LivaTone Plus also contains the powerful liver and digestive herb Turmeric. We have combined these herbs with all the B group vitamins and included important antioxidants Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Selenium. We have also added the amino acid Taurine because of its important role in healthy liver and gallbladder function.
Each daily dose of 4 capsules contains:

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily, with or without food.
Children: (8 to 12 years) Take 1 capsule twice daily.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
