Highly pearlized sparkling top coat brightens and intensifies the eyes to create a multi-dimensional intensely shimmering effect. Pure vibrant shades can be used either wet or dry for more colour intensity. Each palette features a primer 3 highly pigmented shadows and a sparkle top coat.

Usage
