Demazin Cough & Cold Relief syrup is specifically formulated for children over 6 years and adults, to provide relief from: Dry cough (nagging cough); Runny nose; Blocked nose ; Sneezing; Watery and itchy eyes.
Pleasant tasting grape flavour. Colour Free, Sugar Free, Lactose Free, Gluten Free.
Each 5mL of syrup contains:; Brompheniramine maleate 2mg; Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg; Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10mg.
Use the measuring cup provided to measure the dose accurately.
6 - 11 years: 5 mL every 4 hours as ncecessary. Maximum daily dose: 6 doses in 24 hours.
12 years and over: every 4 hours as ncecessary. Maximum daily dose: 6 doses in 24 hours.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Do not give to children aged between 6 and 11 years of age, except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. See your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you have high blood pressure or heart problems or are taking antidepressant medication. Contains saccharin, sulfites, hydroxybenzoates, up to 7.5 g of maltitol and up to 9.5 g of sorbitol per 60mL. This preparation may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. Products containing sorbitol and maltitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
