EASE a COLD Cold & Congestion is specially formulated to relieve symptoms of common colds including sore throats, nasal congestion, runny nose and support the immune system to fight illness. The night formulation continues to relieve cold symptoms and contains a traditionally used Western herbal medicine Valerian to enhance sleep quality and reduce disturbed sleep.

Suitable for adults and children (9-12 years) needing relief from symptoms of common colds, particularly mild upper respiratory tract congestion.
Best taken at the first sign of a cold.
