What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?

Your order will be delivered by registered mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post or nominated carrier will notify you that your order is ready to be collected.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse will aim to process orders as quickly as possible and anticipate that most orders will be dispatched by the following day that they are received, providing that it is a business day and that the order is received prior to 2pm EST.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, it is best to email or phone us as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day or next day and once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the order to us at your expense, if you wish, and obtain a refund, providing the product is unopened, unused and in good condition. Pharmacy Medicines, Pharmacist Only Medicines and Prescription Medicines are unable to be returned for refund.

How can I track the progress of my order?

You can track your order status by logging in online, and clicking on your relevant order number. The status will allow you to see the status of your order.

How can I pay for an order and is it safe?

Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse accepts most major credit cards. Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse uses a level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Payment Gateway. PCI DSS is a set of standards developed by leading credit card acquirers including VISA and MasterCard to ensure credit card details and payments are secure.

If I use a credit card to purchase my items, are my credit card details secure?

Is my information kept confidential?

We understand that it is important to keep you personal and health information secure and confidential. Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse has stringent policies relating to patient privacy and confidentiality. All Good Price Pharmacy employees sign patient confidentiality policies at the onset of employment. All information collected by us is used strictly to fill your order and provide you with the highest level of professional health care. We do not provide your information to any other party for any purpose.

Why do we collect email addresses?

Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse requires email addresses for correspondence in regard to orders placed and registration of users. Also if wish to be a member of Good Price Mail we can keep you up to date on specials, news and tips and this information is sent via email.

Why have I been initially charged for products that Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse could not supply?

All orders must be paid in full before Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse will process them. In some instances, stock of a product may be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as wholesaler shortages. In these cases, the item is cancelled from the order and a refund is given by way of a cheque or credit card refund.

Does Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse assure professional quality standards are met and maintained?

Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse is Quality Care Pharmacy (QCPP) accredited for retail, internet and mail order pharmacy. The Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) is a quality assurance program aimed at raising the standards of service that pharmacies provide to the public.  QCPP aims to ensure that community pharmacies provide a uniformed approach when delivering professional services and customer care.

Can Fragrances be returned for exchange or refund?

No unfortunately they can't be returned unless it fits the criteria of our return policy, click here.

How do I redeem a Promo Code?

Promo Codes are applied at Checkout. To redeem your promo code, navigate to the REVIEW YOUR ORDER section at Checkout. Then, type in your code in the Promo Code field and press the “Apply Code” button. Only 1 promo code may be redeemed per order.

To redeem any Promo Codes that offer discounted or free shipping, please enter your Shipping Address details prior to typing your code in the Promo Code field.

Any free shipping Promo Codes are applicable for standard domestic shipping only.

If your Promo Code is not working, please read the error message above the Promo Code field to learn why the Promo Code was unable to be applied and review the terms of the promotion relating to the Promo Code.
