Fefol Daily Iron & Folic Acid is our unique formulation which contains Iron (II) Glycinate which is proven to be more gentle on the stomach compared to other ferrous forms of iron. Our formulation also contains; Folic Acid, an ideal complement to iron, which helps the formation of healthy red blood cells; Vitamin C for enhanced dietary iron absorption; and other essential B vitamins to assist with maintaining energy levels. Our formula is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Iron (II) glycinate (Iron bisglycinate) 88.8 mg equiv. to elemental iron 24 mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 12.71 mg equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 10 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12.16 mg equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10 mg, Folic Acid 500 micrograms, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 300 micrograms, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250 mg
Adults: 1 tablet per day, or as directed by health professional.
