Ferro-Tab tablets are used as a source of iron for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia. Contains Ferrous Fumarate which is known to be gentler on the stomach than Ferrous Sulphate.
Ferrous Fumarate 200mg (equivalent to elemental iron 65.7mg)
Adults & children over 12 years: as a prevention take one tablet daily before food. As a treatment take two to three tablets daily
This product should not be taken for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Always read the label. Use only as directed. Incorrect use may be harmful. Consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Incorrect use of this medication could cause harm.
