Harmony Menopause and Menopause Max can be used interchangeably dependent on symptoms and early signs of Menopause.
Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg, naturally derived excipients Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax Cellulose a€" microcrystalline, Silica a€" colloidal, Magnesium stearate, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.
Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily
