Henry Blooms Tri-Magnesium Citrate 900 mg is specially formulated for the prevention and treatment of Magnesium deficiencies. It supports bone health by regulating the absorption of Calcium and is an important mineral required to support muscle function. Tri-Magnesium Citrate can improve PMS symptoms such as mood changes and helps reduce the duration and symptoms of mild migraines. It also helps to relieve muscle cramps and mild muscle spasms when dietary intake is inadequate.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Magnesium Citrate 900 mg
Equivalent to elemental magnesium 139.05 mg

No added gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, salt, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Usage

Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily. To reduce the frequency of migraine attack take 2 capsules twice daily.
