This warmer is designed to be used in oxygen-restricted enviroments such as shoes or boots. Do not open outer package until ready to use. Remove warmer from outer package. Do not knead or shake. Do not open, puncture or tear warmer. Peel away paper backing from warmer. Attach warmer directly to bottom of sock. See warnings below for safety precautions before use. Thick socks provide best results. Warmer heats up in 15-30 minutes. After use dispose with regular garbage.
Immediately remove warmer if it is too hot or uncomfortable. Do not place on skin, between layers of socks or on top foot/sock. Do not use for longer than stated or heat up in mircowave. Do not use while sleeping or on infants. For external use only.Keep out of reach of children and pets
