Laxettes contain Senna which is recognised as one of the most popular and reliable natural laxatives. Usage

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 squares. Do not exceed 3 squares daily except on medical advice. Dose to be taken at bedtime.

Warnings

If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in diet. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesireable and may lead to dependence. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
