Step 1: Saturate hair - After treatment apply conditioner. Massage product into hair (particularly near scalp) ensuring hair is saturated.
Step 2: Start combing - divide hair into segments. Starting at the scalp, comb out lice and eggs with comb. Wipe onto a tissue as you proceed. Continue combing until no eggs or lice are found. Wash or rinse hair thoroughly. Rinse comb clean with warm water.
