Naprogesic treats the cause of period pain. It provides effective temporary relief from the aches and pains associated with period pain such as abdominal cramps, headache and lower back pain.
Each tablet contains 275mg Naproxen sodium.
At the first sign of period pain or menstrual bleeding (whichever occurs first), take 2 tablets with food followed by one tablet every 6 to 8 hours as required. The total daily dosage should not exceed 5 tablets.
Do not use for more than a few days at a time. Prolonged or excessive use could be harmful. Do not use if you suffer from stomach ulcer, are taking anti-coagulant therapy or are allergic to naproxen or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
Asthmatics and people taking other medicines including those containing naproxen or other anti-inflammatory medicines should consult a doctor before use. If you get an allergic reaction stop taking and see your doctor immediately.
