Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Hydrolsed Verisol Collagen 1.25g Vitamin A (as retinol acetate 50.32mcg) 43.75 mcg/RE Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 11.25mg Reynoutria japonica root ext. dry conc. Std.Equiv. to root dry 2.16mgEquiv. to Resveratrol 14.5mcg(of Reynoutria japonica)

Usage

Adults take 4 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take a Vitamin A supplements without consulting yur doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrgograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from allsources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents ofr women and 900 micgrograms retinol equivalents for men. Contains sulfites, phenylalanine. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
