Adults and children over 12 years For general health and to support intestinal friendly flora: take 1 capsule daily. To help reduce the occurance of symptoms of travellers diarrhoea: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, begin two days before intended travel.
If diarrhoea persist for more than 48 hours seek medical advice. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
