The OPTIFAST VLCD Shakes can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the OPTIFAST VLCD Program. It is part of a nutritionally complete program, is high in protein and tastes delicious.
Milk proteins (Calcium caseinate 25%, Sodium caseinate 12%), Skimmed Milk powder (25%), Sugar, Maltodextrin (corn), Vegetable oil (Sunflower), Minerals (Potassium citrate, Sodium chloride, Magnesium carbonate, Sodium citrate, Potassium phosphate, Tricalcium phosphate, Ferric pyrophosphate, Zinc sulphate, Copper gluconate, Manganese sulphate, Sodium fluoride, Chromium chloride, Sodium molybdate, Potassium iodide, Sodium selenite), Glucose syrup (corn), Flavour, Emulsifier (Soy lecithin), Sweetener (Sodium saccharin), Antioxidants (304, 307), Colour (160a), Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid, Nicotinamide, Vitamin E acetate, Calcium pantothenate, Thiamin hydrochloride, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Vitamin A acetate, Folic acid, Biotin, Phytonadione, Cholecalciferol, Cyanocobalamin). Contains Milk and Soy. Made on equipment that also processes products containing Egg and Celery.
Simply add one sachet of OPTIFAST VLCD Shake mix into 200-250mL of cold water.
Stir, blend or shake the liquid until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Add more water if you would prefer a larger shake or a more diluted taste.

Contains Milk, Soy and Fish. Contains Phenylalanine. May contain Egg. Do not change proportions. Follow preparation instructions. Discard any unfinished product that has been heated.
Very Low Energy Diet: For Intensive Level of the program, replace all meals with three OPTIFAST® VLCD™ products per day. Additionally, consume a minimum of two litres of calorie-free fluid and at least two cups of low starch vegetables with one teaspoon of vegetable oil per day.
A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success. One serve of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Shake can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the OPTIFAST® VLCD™ range (Desserts, Soups, Bars).
