The only decongestant spray that combines two active ingredients: a decongestant to clear a blocked nose and a second medicine to stop a runny nose. Fast relief of nasal congestion and a runny nose associated with the common cold.
Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg/mL and ipratropium bromide 0.6 mg/mL.
Adults 18 years and over: 1 spray per nostril; repeat every 6 hours if required. Do not use more than 3 times a day. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use: if you have an allergy to xylometazoline or any of the other ingredients in the product, if you have undergone recent surgery through the nose or mouth or if you have narrow angle glaucoma or rhinitis sicca.
