For the treatment of cold sores. Treat at the first sign of a cold sore, such as tingling, itching or burning. Use 5 times daily for 5 to 7 days.
Acyclovir Bp 5% w/w. Contains as preservative Chlorocresol.
The early symptoms of cold sores are a tingling, itching, burning sensation. Use when you notice the first symptom - the tingle stage - to treat cold sores.
Apply 5 times a day for 5 to 7 days to the affected area.
