Interdental brushes are like mini toothbrushes that get into the tiny spaces between teeth and clean effectively right down to the gum line. They are excellent for around the back teeth because they can get into areas your toothbrush and floss cannot reach.

Simply slide the head in between your teeth and gently move back and forth to remove plaque and food particles, rinsing the brush head clean between each use. Choose a brush size that inserts easily without force and insert it between the gaps of your teeth with a gentle twisting action. Use straight in-and-out movements when cleaning between your front teeth. For back teeth, use your finger to bend the brush head gently to around 60 to 90 degrees for easier access.
