Usage

Adults and children over 12 yrs of age 1-2 tablets daily with food.
Children 6 - 12 Years: 1 daily with food, or as professionaly prescribed.

Warnings

NOT TO USED IN CHILDREN UNDER TWO YEARS OF AGE.
Not to be used by pregnant or breast feeding mothers.
Recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg retinol equiv for women 900mcg for men.
This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150mcg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
