For long lasting protection, brush twice daily and not more than three times, minimise swallowing and spit out. For fast relief, brush each sensitive tooth first OR squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean finger-tip and gently rub onto each sensitive tooth (max twice per day) for 1 minute.
