Once sachet can provide the body's entire average (absorbed) daily iron requirement. It's the absorbed iron that matters not just the starting dose. Naturally good for you, the iron in Spatone water is naturally occurring. Clinically shown to be easily and gently absorbed it is suitable for people that experience gastrointestinal side effects from traditional high dose iron supplements.
Spatone is easily absorbed into the body, you only need to take small amounts to your recommended daily intake of iron. Spatone leaves very little unabsorbed iron in the bowel for excretion and therefore minimizes common side effects like constipation.
Each 25ml contains 5 mg of elemental Ferrous Iron.
Add to a dash of juice first thing in the morning for best results.
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day.
Pregnant women: 2 sachets per day.
Children 2-12 years: 1 sachet per day.
Not suitable for children under 2 unless advised by a doctor, or take directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not exceed 4 sachets per day.
