Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep is a comprehensive formula containing Passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for its sedative properties to help relieve tenseness, restlessness and irritability that may make it difficult to sleep. This premium quality formula includes Lemon balm, traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of mild mental stress and indigestion. Contains Magnesium to help support healthy muscle function and the herb Hops traditionally used to help relieve nervous tension and assist relaxation to encourage a restful sleep.

Ingredients

Each Tablet Contains: Hops (Humulus Lupulus) Extract Equiv. Dry Fruit 500mg, Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata) Extract Equiv. Dry Flower & Leaf 1.5g, Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) Extract Equiv. Dry Leaf 750mg, Magnesium (As Magnesium Citrate) 52.50mg.

Usage

Adult Dosage: Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
