Each tablet contains: Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) 500mg as Root Powder 400mg and Dried Root Extract equivalent to 100mg of Root Powder
Take 30 minutes prior to departure.
Adults: Initial dose 2 or 3 tablets, then 1 tablet every 2 hours as required.
Pregnant or Lactating: 1 tablet as required, but not more than 2 tablets daily.
Children 6 to 12 years: Initial dose 1 tablet, then 1 tablet every 4 hours as required.
Children under 6: As professionally directed.
