Vitamin B1 (as thiamine nitrate) 1,1 mg. Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin sodium phosphate) 1,4 mg. Nicotinamide 16 mg. Vitamin B5 (as calcium pantothenate) 6 mg. Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochoride) 1,4 mg. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2,5 Aµg. Biotin 50 Aµg. Folic acid 200 Aµg. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 80 mg. Vitamin E (as dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate) 12 mg. Sodium 430 mg. Contains saccharin-sodium. No added dairy, lactose, soy, wheat or yeast.

Usage

Take 1 tablet daily, dissolved in 200ml of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
