It also includes vitamin B6 and magnesium to help your body better respond to stress, and support your nervous systema€™s health and energy production. Adults: Take one tablet two times a day to start reducing the incidence and length of mild migraine pain.
Each tablet contains: Nutrients: Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 200 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride 15.19 mg equiv. to pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 12.5 mg Calcium folinate 347.2 micrograms equiv. to folinic acid (activated vitamin B9) 250 micrograms Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 200 micrograms Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 150 mg Ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10) 75 mg Herbal extract dry concentrate standardised: Tanacetum parthenium (feverfew) herb 40 mg min. equiv. to dry 280 mg std. to parthenolide 200 micrograms
Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
