Each 3.5g does contains: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 1.6 g Sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 411.3mg): 462.6mg Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 157.5mg): 190.8mg Total ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 2.1 g d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E 88 IU): 72.7mg Rutoside: 63.8mg Zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 4.4mg): 21.9mg Betacarotene: 1.3mg
Adults: Take 3.5g (1 level metric teaspoon) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately. For short-term use.
