Caruso's Ginger utilises a specific ginger extract containing 2.5mg of the active constituents gingerols.
Ginger was traditionally used in both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine systems to help relieve abdominal bloating, distention and flatulence, reduce symptoms of indigestion and to help relieve loss of appetite. More recently, it has been extensively investigated for its ability to help reduce nausea, travel sickness, motion sickness and morning sickness during pregnancy, and to help to relieve digestive discomfort.

derived from Zingiber officinale whole dried root 500mg
Standardised to 2.5mg gingerols
Take at least 2 hours away from pharmaceutical medications.
