Each tablet contains:
Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta MagA® - Magnesium diglycinate) 350mg
Equiv. Magnesium 35mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate 575mg
Equiv. Magnesium 115mg
Passiflora incarnata, dry herb extract 273mg
from dry herb (Passionflower) 1.5g

Usage
