Ingredients

Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta MagA® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3g
Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300mg
Passiflora incarnata, dry herb extract 545mg
from dry herb (Passionflower) 3g
Glycine 743mg

Usage

Add 1 scoop (6.6 g) and stir well in 200 mL of water (cold or warm) once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
