Ingredients

Each 3.8 g dose contains: Calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 1210mg Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C 1000mg, Zinc amino acid chelate (Zinc diglycinate) 200mg Equiv. elemental Zinc 40mg, Pyridoxine hydrocholide (Vitamin B6) 10mg, Betacarotene 4mg.

Usage

Adults and teenagers over 14 take 1.2 metric teaspoon 1.9g twice daily for up to 3 months.
