FEFOL Iron & Folate supplement works in these ways:
1. It uses delayed release spansule technology, consisting of tiny wax coated pellets which release at different stages over several hours. This means iron absorption is supported.
2. Because FEFOL spansules contain folic acid, to help support metabolic usage of iron, it actively helps restores healthy iron levels, in those with medically diagnosed iron deficiency/anaemia.^
3. Specifically formulated to help reduce the likelihood of symptoms of mild constipation and nausea, thought to be sometimes associated with iron supplementation.
FEFOL is a Registered Medicine available only from Pharmacy.
Each capsule contains: Dried ferrous sulphate 270mg (equivalent to 87.4mg of elemental iron), folic acid 300mcg. Also contains Sucrose.
Adult dose: One capsule daily or as directed.
Store below 30A°C. Protect from light and moisture. Always read the label. Use only as directed. Incorrect use could be harmful. Consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if capsule foil is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
