Do not open outer package until ready to use. Remove warmer from outer package; shake to activate. For maximum efficiency, place warmer in pocket or glovees. Warmer heats up in 15-30 min. If heat decreases, expose warmer to air and shake. After use dispose with regular garbage. Ingredients will not harm enviroment.
Immediately remove warmer if it is too hot or uncomfortable. Check skin periodically. Do not use for longer than stated or heat up in mircowave. Do not use while sleeping or on infants. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets
