Vitamin D3 promotes dietary calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps regulate osteocalcin - a protein used by the body in the bone mineralisation process which deposits calcium into bones. Vitamin K2 also activates MGP - a protein which inhibits calcium build-up in arteries to support cardiovascular system health for individuals over 50 years of age.

Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 180 micrograms, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25 micrograms.

Usage

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
