Ingredients

Each 10g serve provides:
Magnesium citrate equiv. Magnesium 300mg
Passiflora incarnate (Passionflower) herb dry extract 100mg Equiv. Passiflora incarnate herb dry 500mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 16mg
Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen 2.5g
Glycine 3g
Zinc glycinate equiv. Zinc 4mg

Usage

Recommended Adult dosage: Add 1 scoop (10g) and stir well in 200mL of water (cold or warm) once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
