Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium + Sleep Powder is a premium quality formula containing a unique blend of eight nutrients and herbs including choline, inositol, hops and passionflower. As part of your nightly wind-down ritual to promote restful sleep, this convenient powder is specially formulated with:

- A bioavailable form of magnesium (citrate), which helps magnesium absorption.
- Magnesium to support healthy mood balance and cognitive function.

Each scoop (7.5g) contains: MAGNESIUM (from magnesium citrate nonahydrate) 100mg; MAGNESIUM (from magnesium glycinate dihydrate) 200mg; TOTAL MAGNESIUM 300mg; CALCIUM (from calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate) 100mg; POTASSIUM (from dibasic potassium phosphate) 30mg; CHOLINE (from choline bitartrate) 24.98mg; INOSITOL 24.98mg; HOPS (Humulus lupulus extract 80.25mg) equiv. dry fruit 800mg; PASSIONFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata extract 50.25mg) equiv. dry flower & leaf 500mg.
Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5g) with 100 ml of water (or more water as desired). Consume once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
