Each scoop (7.5g) contains: MAGNESIUM (from magnesium citrate nonahydrate) 100mg; MAGNESIUM (from magnesium glycinate dihydrate) 200mg; TOTAL MAGNESIUM 300mg; CALCIUM (from calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate) 100mg; POTASSIUM (from dibasic potassium phosphate) 30mg; CHOLINE (from choline bitartrate) 24.98mg; INOSITOL 24.98mg; HOPS (Humulus lupulus extract 80.25mg) equiv. dry fruit 800mg; PASSIONFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata extract 50.25mg) equiv. dry flower & leaf 500mg.
Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5g) with 100 ml of water (or more water as desired). Consume once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
