Ingredients

Each 8.7 g dose contains: Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta MagA® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3.0 g - Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300 mg, Taurine 3.0 g, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 300 mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate 290 mg - Equiv. elemental Calcium 68 mg, Potassium phosphate a€" monobasic 182 mg - Equiv. elemental Potassium 52 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg.

Usage

Adults: Take 1 heaped scoop (8.7 g) in 200ml of water twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200ml of water once daily.
